The nose pad on my glasses broke this morning. I called a nearby store first but they told me they only fix glasses that ordered there. Then, I came to this store and they were able to fix it in less than 2 minutes for free, even if I didn’t come here before! I really appreciate their help!
Twice they did small repairs on my glasses cheerfully and for free, even though I hadn't bought them there. The store is neat and clean and they are very nice. I plan on buying my next pair there.
They've been taking care of my child's optical needs for many years now, we never had any customer service issues here. If so, any receptionist has been his or miss for my experiences as the consumer/patient. The Qualitfied Doctor's & Assistants have been Wonderful! Thank you! 5 Stars ?
