I was very happy with the service that AOS in Branford provides. They are very nice people and very helpful. I would recommend AOS to anybody else who may have computer issues.

I’ve been dealing with AOS since the MAC was born. They’ve helped me and my businesses on both the MAC and the PC side as well for server set up on multi-platform systems running business data on some PC seats while running pre-press and graphic design applications on many others. They never let me down and always gave me fair and honest solutions. In the last few years I had a few systems fail and each time we made arrangements to bring the computers in and have them serviced. They gave me a time-frame that they estimated it would take, and even though it is hard to predict time required for service on a failed computer system without getting into the problem, they stayed within the range they estimated. This past week I experienced another great level of customer service – from dealing with one of the owners, to the kind lady who took care of me when I walked through the door, to the technicians who recovered my data and restored my system. After this experience I contacted a few companies I referred AOS to and the response was echoed. Keep up the great work everyone. It is great to see how you’ve grown over the years to a business with multiple locations that services everyone from individuals to businesses. It is even more impressive to feel that personal service you offered in 1984 (when you were 7 years old) is still with you. You are a trusted company and I'm thankful that we have a history together.

I finally called Rich, owner of advanced office systems for help with my computer after dealing with Staples for the last year. He sent a service tech, Mike, who arrived on time, was so user friendly for me, got my printer, my ipad and computer all working properly for me and set all my user friendly icons, got rid of all the garbage, viruses, etc. He also was able to fix my sound system throughout the studio and all this in one hour. It was a great experience for me and affordable. So whether you are a large or small business or start up business you should go to people like Advanced Office Systems and have them set you up with the right computer for you! Thank you Mike.
