Came home from work to a cold house and heat not running. My mistake as I thought I was good when I checked the gauge about two weeks ago. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again. Very happy with the customer service. Reasonable service fee for the emergency after hours response and my own homeowner oversight.
A company that still puts their customers first. If you are ordering oil from anywhere else, you have to give Brunelli a try. I've used them for almost 6 years now and they always go above and beyond. THE BRUNELLI BEST!!!
Called in need, Kathy took great care of me, could only promise a few days out… She worked her magic and a few hours later one of the driver showed up. Fastest turnaround I have ever seen.
