“Tom and his partner Mike were the perfect workers in every way in my experience. He said he would be able to start our new patio on a certain date and he started on that date. He predicted he would be done by a certain date and he actually finished 2 days before that, already aggressive, date. The quality of construction was incredible and he would actively ask us questions and give his own experienced suggestions to make me a part of the process (rather than assuming things). On top of all of this, his quote was the cheapest of the 3 quotes I obtained! Literally the perfect combination of everything and I'd recommend him to anyone.“

“Thompson had come out to dig a leach field for a water softener a couple years ago and mentioned at the time they do fences. When we had a tree come down on our fence in a windstorm they were our first call. Insurance balked at their original quote and Dave personally came out to double check the measurements and contacted them to get them to cover the full extent of the damage. The entire team was courteous and professional. They went out of their way to maintain the landscaping when it would have probably been easier to cut things back. They were quick despite some less than accommodating terrain and the fence looks better than it did before. They even went around and tightened some brackets and straightened out some kinks in the fence line while they were here. “I hired Mike and AMI Home Improvements to do a quick trash pick-up around a property I manage; the yard was in need of a lot of attention but my focus was just the trash. I figured I would do a spring clean-up at a later date. Mike started sending me pictures (as he always does which I absolutely love especially since I can't always be there to see the work) and the before and the afters were shocking. I didn't just get a trash clean-up I got a spring clean-up; there were mounds of leaves everywhere, there was piles of debris outside the fenced in area, the was junk that needed to be hauled off. I got final pictures where the leaves were removed between the ramp and the building, no junk outside the fence, the trash barrels were taken to the curb for me and the list goes on and on. When I saw the final pictures I was taken aback; Mike did all this work for the price I was expecting to pay for a quick trash clean-up and this is not a one time experience. Mike and AMI Home Improvements always go above and beyond for me and my residents (I own a property management company). He's made friends with the most difficult of residents and can trouble shoot any problem you have. He's prompt, reliable, courteous and very reasonably priced. If you need something done AMI Home Improvements is the #1 company to call; I recommend them in heart beat!“

After seeing a Carone and Sons truck doing yardwork nearby, I called to see if they could pick up our leaves. I received a call back later that same day with a plan to pick up the leaves the next business day. I also received a follow up call on the scheduled leaf pick up day to confirm the crew's arrival time. I could not be happier with this company!!
