I first contacted Mike last summer after a referral I received from a family member. First off - my family member has very high standards so that says a lot right there. When I first began the process with Mike I spoke with him over the phone first and did the rest through email, photos of my previous deck. . He sent me numerous photos of Decks he completed previously. I saw a color scheme and several things I liked in one of his decks that I wanted to incorporate into mine.
