This is a post here put up after Dr. Last's retirement. I feel very lucky to have had him as a dermatologist for many years. A fine doctor, wonderful person. He really took care of my dermatological health. I miss having him as one of my health care providers.
Clean and comfortable office, warm and friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable Doctor. I will continue to use Dr. Last , and would gladly recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Last has helped to resolve moderate-severe acne with a conservative approach, trying out weaker medicines (while monitoring bloodwork) before ultimately prescribing Accutane over the course of 3 years that I saw him. My only gripe would be that the office tends to be either booked to the limit or overbooked, resulting in brief appointments if you don't make sure to stop him to answer questions, or long waits depending on the day/time of the appointment. If you're patient and persistent in having your questions answered, you shouldn't have an issue.
