Body in Motion is a physical therapy practice that goes beyond traditional treatments by merging fitness with healthcare. They offer a patient-centered approach, ensuring one-on-one appointments at every visit. Their mission is to provide accurate diagnoses, help patients understand their pain, and empower them to return to their favorite activities. The team, led by Dr. Nicole, has been praised for their holistic and engaging approach. They have helped individuals improve chronic issues and overall strength through virtual training, the Muscles in Motion Program, and consult calls. Patients have appreciated the personal touch, care, and motivation provided by the staff. In terms of rehabilitation, Body in Motion has been successful in treating runner's knee injuries through dry needling and prescribed exercise routines. The clean, new office and dedicated therapists have made for an outstanding experience for their patients. The owner, Dr. Turnbow, and her staff are very active and informative through their social media accounts, providing quick easily accessible exercises. The team truly cares about their client's wellbeing and not keeping you coming back. They truly are experts and their work is invaluable. The one-on-one attention provided by Dr. Nicole has been a game-changer for many clients, who have benefited from their kind, caring, and knowledgeable treatment. Dr. Jordan diagnosed peroneal neural tension and guided patients through initial exercises and a coaching app for home exercises. Patients have had their first experience with dry needling, impressed by how well it released tight peroneal muscles. Over the next few months, patients visited the office for more dry needling and massaging of tight muscles, continuing the exercise program in the app. As things continued to improve, patients resumed hiking and started light running. Dr. Jordan added exercises to target IT band tightness in addition to neural tension. By Thanksgiving, patients were in a good enough spot to try and run a 5k turkey trot, finishing within a minute of their best time and completely pain-free. Patients met all the other therapists during office visits and could tell that they were just as skilled and passionate, and all were super friendly as well. If you're looking for a great PT experience, Body in Motion is highly recommended. Dr. Ryan created a custom program over the course of 2 months, in person and through their very interactive live app. Patients were able to communicate anytime of day through the app while completing at-home exercises specifically focused on helping staying active, and building strength to improve imbalances and pain. Patients were recommended to come here after experiencing lower back pain for years, going to a chiropractor for 5 years two times a week with no relief. Dr. Nicole and her team of knowledgeable doctors have eliminated that pain, providing medical treatment and personal exercises to treat symptoms with the goal of eliminating them. Patients are living pain-free. Overall, Body in Motion stands out for its personalized care and commitment to helping patients achieve long-term success.
