Thank You Tom!!!! That is all I can say about his expertise and knowledge. We were in the process of closing on our first house and Tom came out to do our inspections. Tom spent 3+ hrs inspecting everything in the house and was extremely diligent. His report that he provided had so much detail and provided great insight to us on what work was needed on the house. Because of Tom's inspection, we decided it wasn't worth moving forward which ended up saving us thousands and thousands of dollars down the road. To anyone buying a house I highly recommend having Tom out to inspect everything just to make sure you aren't buying a money pit. Thank you again Tom for all your efforts. We will definitely be calling you again for the next house.
Tom recently completed an inspection for us. He was nothing short of amazing. Tom took his time to inspect every corner of the home (literally) and even took the time to explain to us what he was looking for. If he found something he noted it as cosmetic, maintenance, watch, safety concern or a “showstopper.” His report was thorough and timely. We give Tom our highest recommendation to anyone needing an inspection.
