Called Strictly Chimneys and spoke to Mike about turning up and cleaning a gas fireplace system for a house I recently moved into. Though he specializes in wood fireplaces and would not be able to assist with my request at this time, he spent quite some time on the phone with me answering the many questions I had about my fireplace, and how I might be able to get it up to snuff. So rare to find a professional who is willing to give such detailed advice with no monetary gain for himself, and it was very obvious that he really knew what he was talking about. I may change my fireplace to a wood burner at a future date, and if I do, I will absolutely give this man my business. My gut tells me that anyone else wouldn't regret doing the same. I recommend Strictly Chimneys for sure!
I called Mike as I was told that I needed a new flue for my boiler; and that my chimney needed repair. Mike set up an appointment promptly for Mario to come out and look at the job. I called after hearing water dripping down my chimney. I spoke with Mike and he was very patient and explained the problem that I had going on. Most companies would have rushed to the conclusion that something needed to be repaired or replaced. Mike didn’t do that.
