My cousin recommended Dr Ratchford to me after having a exam somewhere else and they suggested I might have glaucoma and down the road could lose my eyesight which frightened me. At my visit toThe Ratchford eye center I was given a thorough exam and testing from Dr Ratchford staff who were very professional and courteous. When Dr Ratchford read all my results and gave me a thorough exam of her own, she told me that I do not have glaucoma and with regular exams if there is any problems down the road there were treatments that she could do so I would not loss my eyesight. I had an emergent situation and they were open on a Saturday. They made sure to get me in the same day and got me taken care of. Dr. Kjellen was knowledgeable and helped ease my worries. The receptionist was so kind when I was visibly anxious. Will be switching to them for primary eye care!

At my last eye exam gel drops at night were recommended to help my dry eye problems from using my cpap machine. The gel drops have helped a lot; my left eye vision is much better, very clear during the day.
