Dr Ratchford is a very caring and understanding person,she takes the time to explain what is happening with your eyes and recommend the proper treatment. I have been seeing her since 2009 and am very happy with her.

My cousin recommended Dr Ratchford to me after having a exam somewhere else and they suggested I might have glaucoma and down the road could lose my eyesight which frightened me. At my visit toThe Ratchford eye center I was given a thorough exam and testing from Dr Ratchford staff who were very professional and courteous. When Dr Ratchford read all my results and gave me a thorough exam of her own, she told me that I do not have glaucoma and with regular exams if there is any problems down the road there were treatments that she could do so I would not loss my eyesight.
