From Susan in the office to Jim the owner, they were friendly, professional and provided excellent service. Jim personally contacted us, recognized our problem, and was able to fix our problem in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Plumbums LLC
I was very impressed with Heli: he appeared promptly for the appointment, he presents as a pleasant and confident young man, which was born out by his quick analysis of our problem and the professional manner he resolved the issue. He explained everything he did, answered our questions, and assured us his company would stand by his work. I will recommend his company to our neighbors and friends if the opportunity presents.
Heli and Deshawn were awesome. They replaced my no longer usable or wanted garbage disposal with a direct hookup drain, in the process finding the cause of a water leak which I had not even noticed until I was clearing the cabinet for the work to begin! I had super support, clear pricing, and friendliness throughout.
