Alyssa is fantastic. Very smart and knows her stuff. She is our regular service person, and each time she is very personable and kind. This time I asked her to take me with her through the crawl spaces so I could see possible problem areas and tend to them. She talked me through a lot of mouse and ant stuff and gave me a good education. I will continue to request her every time.

The technician Kurt redgate did excellent inspection of the house including basement and attic, he saw some areas that needed attention which were fixed immediately, he was very good.
Mr. Heidecker was very professional and respectful. He inquired about any additonal problems and was clear about checking and refitting the termite bait. He then did a thorough job of inspecting and treating the house.
