I don’t often leave reviews but I was absolutely overwhelmed by the outcome with my rugs! We have senior dogs and two toddlers. Our rugs have taken a beating. One of our dogs was having accidentals daily before we lost him to cancer. All the odors, stains and general unpleasantness of the rugs is GONE! I had my 4 upstairs bedrooms and stair runner cleaned today. The carpet is quite new (1 year). He did a great job! I’m really happy! Showed me the area where my sons desk chair is wearing out the carpet and suggested I get a desk char mat. Which I will order soon. I will definitely use this company again.
