My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer (July 2025). I called at 5pm and George showed up on the scheduled time the next day. He discovered the problem was a combination of a maintenance issue on my part, along with a malfunctioning thermostat. My new thermostat is working well, and my AC is back on board! I'm very satisfied with Douglas Mechanical's prompt response!

Excellent service! I started having problems with the furnace about a week ago. Jordan and Natalie found the issues and resolved them quickly and efficiently. The charge for the service was extremely reasonable. Appreciate the excellent service I always receive from Douglas Mechanical (since 2014).
