“These guys certainly know about garage doors. I was less impressed with the installation. As I had a complete replacement of the garages I needed some replacement support lumber in some areas. Unfortunately the installers did a lot of damage to the existing support structures and they had to come back and repair with new lumber. If I hadn’t seen the damage they would not have repaired it. That does not leave me with a lot of confidence in the company.”

Last year, as soon as we learned that our roof had to be replaced due to age and recent harsh storm damage, Michael Khan representative of Manny Construction and Roofing, not only presented himself in a friendly and professional manner, he guided us through the entire process: filing the insurance claim and choosing the best materials to provide strong, long lasting life of the roof. To date, our roof has proven to be very strong especially during this summer’s severe thunderstorms. Recently, due to a thunderstorm, we noticed the connection of the gutter became detached. One phone call to Michael, and he came right over to inspect, repair, and reattach the gutter. Next year we plan to install brand new gutters. We definitely will do it with Manny Construction and Roofing. I cannot recommend Michael and Manny Construction and Roofing enough. My mother and I are truly grateful.”
