Professional group, owner, and helper came out to home to be introduced to our 2 dogs. Very comfortable with their understanding of our environment. When we mentioned there may be a need to look in on a Duck to make sure it was recovering from surgery, the helpers' eyes lit up in excitement. Will definitely be asking for them to watch our dogs again and Duck if the time arises again.
We used Shake A Leg for the first time in February for about 10 days. Our Old English Sheep dog has chronic dry eye and needs eye drops frequently throughout the day as she does not make any tears. In the past after boarding she developed terrible eye infections due to her drops being neglected. It is easy to tell if her eyes have been cared for because without frequent drops her eyes develop significant crustry drainage that can take days to go away and can develop infection. We arrived home to find a happy dog whose eyes had obviously been very well cared for.
