Paula went above and beyond for me! I'm floored by her compassion and kindness. I chose The Broken Vase for my mom's flowers because of the great reviews, and even though I accidentally ordered flowers from the completely wrong state, Paula went above and beyond to notify me, refund me, and help me get flowers for my mom locally. I am so grateful for her kindness towards me! I was able to get flowers locally for my mom, but I can't help but think they would have been much nicer if they came from The Broken Vase. ❤️❤️❤️

Didn't realize what time it was when I called them to make a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday tomorrow last minute. Peter is awesome for taking a last minute, 5 till closing Delivery!! My mommy will be getting her flowers ? thank you so much peter!! ?
