Paula went above and beyond for me! I'm floored by her compassion and kindness. I chose The Broken Vase for my mom's flowers because of the great reviews, and even though I accidentally ordered flowers from the completely wrong state, Paula went above and beyond to notify me, refund me, and help me get flowers for my mom locally. I am so grateful for her kindness towards me! I was able to get flowers locally for my mom, but I can't help but think they would have been much nicer if they came from The Broken Vase. ❤️❤️❤️

Paula both called and texted me after hours to make sure that I knew I had accidentally ordered flowers from her store in Yuma, Colorado instead of Yuma Arizona. She didn't want my mom to be without the flowers, and she wanted me to know that the refund was on its way but would take a couple days. I was floored by her compassion and her eagerness to set things straight - even though it means that she lost the sale. I encourage EVERYONE to choose The Broken Vase for their floral needs. Paula is exactly the kind of person we need more of in this world!!!

Didn't realize what time it was when I called them to make a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday tomorrow last minute. Peter is awesome for taking a last minute, 5 till closing Delivery!! My mommy will be getting her flowers ? thank you so much peter!! ?
