I had such a lovely experience here from check-in to check-out! The lady at the front desk (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) was so kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all for the doctor, who was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can tell he truly wants the best for your animal—he wasn’t trying to “sell” me on anything, just giving honest, thoughtful advice. Carrie helped me check out, and she was wonderful as well. Everyone I interacted with clearly cares deeply about the animals they see, and I’m so grateful to have found such a trustworthy vet for my pup. Thank you to the whole team!

I'm shocked this clinic has such a low rating on here! I recently moved from Co Springs to Woodland Park and was looking for a new vet. I came to Yelp to help the search, called a couple of the clinics in Woodland and (as I expected and understand) didn't have an app available for 2-3weeks. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Conrad for only a couple days out, luckily for my chronically itchy pup! I came in with an open mind but wary because of other reviews oh Yelp... and I'm shocked this practice didn't have more stars on here! Both my dog and I loved the staff, from the front desk, to the lovely techs, to the doc himself. Experienced, knowledgeable, and kind, and take their time to explain and ensure the best care for your fur kid. Thorough WITHOUT selling you procedures and etc you don't need.
