My experience during this particular appointment, veneers & crowns, was ultimately ok & all good in the end. However, I was an uncomfortable & annoyed due to new trainees constantly interrupting the process. I paid $6k out of pocket for this procedure, delayed 1 day due to non receipt of product,, and was disturbed by the unprofessionalism of new dental hygienists. I understand they require “shadowing”; but, I would’ve preferred they used another client during my time there. Marie (I think was her name?), did a great job under the circumstances, at least. Chris Mussone is awesome. Very friendly, funny; yet, thorough & helpful. Overall, I appreciate this team.

Had a 6 month cleaning today that was very thorough and efficient. Hygienist was very nice, though not my regular, and made me feel very comfortable. Doc gave me a thumbs up and even a bit of medical advice. Thx team!
