Anthony was absolutely amazing and so very helpful in my situation. Had pet urine from a new puppy. Found spots in the house that we had no idea he was saturating until the smell arose. Being the cement flooring underneath the carpet Anthony explained everything on what happens with the cement being under the carpet. He explained in full detail the process on how to help because of it being cement. He refused to take my money for carpet cleaning. So I completed the process he explained, along with the industrial recommended products to use. It was defintely some work, but the smell is now gone.
