This is the second time I've used County Door & Hardware (Mr. Rick) for my Garage Door Maintenance Repairs. Mr. Rick answered my call directly for my Garage Door that would only open a few inches then shut (Door Torsion Spring Broke). Rick was at the house that Monday morning to confirm the Door Torsion Spring was broken, and provided invaluable "safety" information to avoid any injuries with the broken torsion spring...i.e. Do Not Unlock the Door (Red Cord and Handle) from the Motor Chain/Drive while the door is in the up position, and to unplug the electrical plug for the motor until the broken door torsion spring (s) are changed.
