Kim has been doing my hair for 15+ years and does excellent colors and cuts! To know that she is quite booked up with locals, so if you're a visitor looking for an appointment while on vacation, I'd suggest calling another salon.

Kim at Shear Success has been cutting my hair for +10 years and I am very happy with her work! Would not think of going anywhere else. She is always cheerful, does a great job and gives a haircut even my wife approves of.

I love my hair thanks to Kim Phillips. When I moved to Winter Park I was a little nervous about getting my hair done up here. A friend of mine loves Kim so I decided to book an appointment. I've seen Kim about 4 or 5 times now. She's got a great personality and is super friendly. Most importantly she listens on exactly what I want for cut and color. I think that the most important trait of a hairstylist is to be a good listener. I have always been happy with the outcome of my hair. The best part is Kim is I can afford to go more often- it's $80 for highlights and a cut! She always has the best magazines to catch up on my celebrity gossip! I highly recommend Kim if you need cut or color. One thing to know- it's cash or check only. You definitely need to make an appointment -she's the only one that works in the salon so she takes some days off.
