My dad took me here to Caterina's (Cathy) yoga class — he is a local so he comes here often. I did a Thursday morning yin yoga and it was easily the best practice I have ever taken. Caterina was a phenomenal teacher and the class was really healing and a great mind and body experience. I was even congested and she gave me some nice essential oils which were super effective before starting the yoga practice. I would definitely come again and again and I will be coming back on my next visit! Super cozy atmosphere.
