Windsor Yoga offers quality classes with quality instructors. Always consistent. Great studio in downtown Windsor. I feel welcomed, well guided, and grateful for my practice every time I go. I especially like that I can adapt the class to my ability and level with an arthritic knee.

I am a true beginner and everyone was so welcoming and kind. I got through the class just fine (a little wobbly) but the instructor was so helpful. I haven’t been to their new location, but I’m stoked to try it out!

Julie is amazing! I have been taking private lessons with her since December and she is awesome. She is working with me on getting back into yoga after my spinal fusion. Highly recommend!
