Going into a full system replacement can be really stressful! Valley not only made it super painless, but the price was really fair and they even found massive rebates that were available from our utilities. We had a difficult situation with the system exhaust location, but they found a way to get it done that worked perfectly!
I would recommend them to anyone and trust that they would not be disappointed.
Over many years of having my older furnace and air conditioning unit serviced. I have only had a good experience with Valley Heating and Air. This year was even a step up. After having the evaporator cleaned, I was trying to see if it was working better. I was wondering if it had lost coolant by taking out the evaporator. I called and the receptionist said she would have a tech follow up. Well, the owner followed up and I learned a lot about my old Trane furnace. I'm much better aware of what my new furnace will need to meet the new codes. Bob
They were great! We were able to get a service appointment scheduled for the next day and the technician, Owen, was very kind and efficient. He had our system up and running great in less than 2 hours.
