We had to put down our 14 year old dog. These people were compassionate without going overboard. The process took about 30 minutes and I felt the dog didn't suffer or was scared. We have recommended to several people based on our experience.
Dr. Carson and the team at the VAH are always attentive and quick to respond when my pets are in need. Whether it has been an annual exam, an urgent care visit, or even an emergency, the VAH team never fails to show their support throughout each process. This is a great team that I really trust!
Dr. Carson and her team are all amazing! After 3 years of working with them, I have nothing but positive things to say. I’ve taken all our fur babies here and they’ve handled all of them with such love and care, it made me feel so comfortable. I recently lost one of my kitties unexpectedly and it was very difficult. The staff were all so incredibly supportive and helpful with the grieving process, even went above and beyond to take my calls so I could ask questions about my surviving kitty to make sure she was okay. I truly feel this facility genuinely cares about you and your fur babies, and that’s priceless. Would highly recommend!
