Have been here twice now for Spartan Deka events and really enjoy this gym. The location is great, on the corner so they can open up all their garage doors, it's roomy, clean, staff and people are super welcoming and friendly. They run a great event and the owners are always responsive to emails I have sent. Would definitely recommend trying out this gym if you live in the area and participating in events they put on here!

Fantastic gym community! Very clean gym with the latest modern equipment. Knowledgeable and motivating trainers. Awesome vibe! I love the group training model and challenging and always different classes. The social aspect of working out together is inspiring and motivating.
