The people that took over this space for pet grooming are awesome!! I have a dog that hates her nails done and shakes like a leaf waiting to go back and usually screams like a banshee while getting nails trimmed. The vet she sees wanted me to drug her for mail tris and I am against that so brought her to the Pampered Pet and had her nails done. The first time she was nervous and did the same thing she does at the vet office. The second time I never heard her make a peep and she came out wagging her tail and kissing the staff. I’m very impressed!! I highly recommend this shop!!

We’ve typically had a good experience with this groomer. Seems like the staff is always different, prices increased quite a bit when they took over, but everything has increased so it is what it is. I picked up my dog today, however, and he smells like he fell into a barrel of Victorias Secret perfume- and it’s not a shampoo smell. I can smell the perfume from across the house. Weird and hopefully a one-off appointment. Overall they’re quick and easy to work with though.

There is not enough stars to rate this place! My girl lily was very very anxious about grooming after having a bad experience at PetSmart. My pup was having the hardest time getting into the building. Everyone was so understanding and helpful! They let my girl take her time and slowly get into the building. Chelle and the younger lady are amazing and really helped my pup feel comfortable. When I went to pick her up she was a whole new dog, even said bye to chelle before leaving. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful!!! We will be back regularly now! Once again thank you so much pampered pet!!!
