Liz Newman was an incredible partner in my recent effort to get a commercial property rezoned to residential. Not only did Liz know in advance the hurdles I would need to navigate, but had many of the solutions right at hand. Her attention to detail is extraordinary. Liz knows the personnel at the county Zoning Board to effectively submit all necessary forms and check the boxes. Her knowledge and expertise saved me countless hours and aggravation.
