Josh and his team did a superb job from start to finish. They were honest, highly coordinated with my tenants to minimize disruption, and handled the complexities of the insurance claim seamlessly. They provided a clear, plan at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.
I called Emergency Service Pros the Monday before Thanksgiving when we noticed water coming from between the linoleum floor in our laundry area. To say I panicked is an understatement. I'm currently recovering from mold exposure in our previous apartment. Josh was amazing from the moment he answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and professional. In the midst of chaos it's easy to get ahead of yourself. He offered to come and do an inspection at no cost, which I honestly was very grateful for.
