Designing Beauty Academy in Windsor, Colorado, has been providing high-quality training and education for cosmetologists, hairstylists, nail technicians, and estheticians since 2006. My Facialist was wonderful and tought very well because she had great control of the products so they didn’t get any in my eyes or nose. She had great control of the towel when taking off products, so to not drag my hair into my freshly cleaned skin. She was able to get right under my eyes with certain products and the jade roller; she had great coverage of my face and didn’t miss any areas. And she had great massage pressure with her hands, brushes and rollers throughout the facial. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back!!! I can’t say enough great things about this school/salon and the incredible team. These girls truly went the extra mile and then some. I have very long hair, and the appointment lasted well past the end of their day, yet they never rushed or made me feel anything but completely taken care of.
Not only did I leave with amazing hair, but I also laughed nonstop the entire time. The energy, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience fly by. Holly and Kyra were absolutely AMAZING talented, attentive, and a joy to spend time with. What an amazing school! Jessica and her staff were knowledgeable, professional and really care about their students. Their desire and heart to help every student be successful is what sets them apart. It is like one big family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enter in to the beauty field. I also recommend you give the student a chance to earn your business while they are supervised by the staff. My husband and I went in to get our hair done. Shelby did a great job on his military cut, and putting a few highlights in my hair and toning it up. Again I watched the staff be present for any questions there were.
