Amazing service, outstanding check-in process, flexible schedules, highly qualified staff, and people-oriented dentists. I had a great experience despite the fact that visiting a dentist is traditionally stressful. My dental treatment was performed in a timely fashion and absolutely painless. I recently visited Dental Care of Riverbend for a tooth extraction and a filling, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff displayed a level of professionalism and empathy that immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Nassar and her team including Destinee and Marissa were outstanding—highly skilled and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain each step of the process and helped alleviate my anxiety.
I also appreciated how the entire team worked together seamlessly, maintaining a calm and supportive environment. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being.
Everything I wanted to say about Riverbend has already been beautifully articulated by reviewers! I was pleased to see a new dental office here in Windsor, but apprehensive due to previous experiences. The moment I stepped into the door was instantly reassuring. All staff are incredibly kind and patient. I'm likely 20+ years older than many of them, but the professionalism demonstrated is rare these days in younger generations. A particular highlight was when I heard assistants cheerfully check in with each other. As a medical field employee I understand how valuable such interactions are. What a team! Thank you!
