Long time member. Lately, it seems as if the customer service is lacking. Last 3 times I went to wash my car, there were no rags available. Seems like about half the time, when they are available, they are damp. You can do better.

May I make a suggestion for those who have a monthly membership the air freshener should be included with that not an additional $5. Well known car washes provide air freshener with the membership.

Membership is great and has never let me down, I love going through here with all the pretty colors of soaps, feels like my little happy place for about 2 minutes, they have great vacuums and other handy stations for wiping down water spots and other necessities to help get your car clean as possible ?
