I cannot tell you how proud I am of my new heatpump! The swamp cooler just wasn't doing it for me any longer-wet floors, doors and hardwood floors swelling, etc. thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness and respect for my property! I did my due diligence and called multiple contractors for diagnosis and a quote to fix or replace my furnace. I got a recommendation on Trade Winds from a trusted friend and they were great! They got down to business and gave multiple options on the situation with the best overall deal. There was only one that was cheaper. He was also a good guy but didn't have the warranty or services that were included with Trade Winds. They were very patient while I figured out funding which took me a while. When I was ready they were all over it! Very professional and finished in one day. They gave great advice on care and maintenance to make sure I was all set.
