Nathan and the SRI team finished our deck yesterday and we are thrilled with our new outdoor space! While reviews can be very subjective, they are a very important tool in order to gain some perspective on a business and their employees. When I came across SRI, I was intrigued by their Google rating but also skeptical. Can a company truly live up to such a reputation? The answer is YES! From the start, I was very impressed with Buster’s professionalism and responsiveness. While some deck contractors I reached out to were never to be heard from again after the initial meeting, Buster provided a detailed quote and rendering of our project quickly and efficiently. I immediately knew this was the contractor for us based on his timeliness and continual attention. I felt from the start that my business and my project was important which is what every customer wants to feel from a contractor. Buster asked questions and made recommendations in order to make sure we were receiving a realistic estimate and visual example of our project. As my wife and I made dramatic changes to the original project, Buster took it all in stride never making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. Instead, he made the adjustments to the rendering and the quote faster than I expected in order to guarantee we were receiving exactly what we wanted on our project and could plan accordingly. At the end of the day, our new deck, pergola, and covered roof truly surpassed our expectations and Buster and the entire SRI team did an amazing job. joe & his crew (oly, roman & austin) were great to work with on our pergola project. we were determined to keep our existing deck without making major modifications & build over it- joe made the process easy by handling permitting & engineering, and the end result is a pergola that looks just about exactly the way we imagined it would. despite a few surprise variables we had to work around during the process, the project turned out well & joe’s commitment to ensuring we were happy with the end result was appreciated. we’d enthusiastically refer SRI to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space with a new deck and/or a deck cover.
