I came here for the first time and am very disappointed in my experience. This place is very expensive and they also discolored a dress, ruining it. They took zero responsibility and offered no compensation. Unfortunately I will not be going back here and I advise to take photos and make sure what they write on the ticket matches the color and quality of the items you bring in.
I brought a brand new pair of Free People pants and received them back with all these spotty white spots. Brought it back and they were going to work on it and received it back and was still damaged. I was picking up other garments as well and did not offer a discount and just said “sorry”. I guess you roll the dice but pretty disappointed that I didn’t even receive a credit to smooth over the fact that they ruined my pants. Paid full price for the garments I brought in and picked up along with the destroyed pants…
