Awful experience. Waited for over 6 hours. not an urgent environment. i finally had to ask to be discharged, they definitely forgot about me. total time in ER was 9 hours. thr doctor was personable and knowledgeable. the nurses seemed non chalant and burnt out.
The facility was nice, and the staff weren’t mean, which are about the only nice things I can say.
Quality of care was extremely lacking, not once did they ask about pain or address any of the actively bleeding wounds. It seriously got to the point of getting a wet paper towel to self treat/clean the wounds, Dr came in while that was happening and just ignored that completely while talking about the chief complaint (potential fibula fracture), and ended up having to clean and bandage wounds at home after being discharged with a walking boot and a poorly implemented ankle wrap (no wheel chair was offered to get out of the facility despite reporting significant...read full review
