Anyway, I’m the type of person that likes my hair to be either highlighted or two-tone blonde color all over and it’s not easy to find somebody that knows how to do that well. Mandie has given me consistently beautiful multi toned blonde hair for years now and since she’s a color expert she knows the answers to all of my questions!
