I haven't had my hair cut in a while, and I wanted to try something new(so, obviously I asked for a mullet)I had mostly an idea of what I wanted and I booked an apt with Allison today and she went above and beyond with getting my haircut to what I wanted it to be. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and she made sure my hair looked how I wanted before I left. She was great and I'll definitely be back for a follow up with her in a few weeks!
I was with Allison today. She did partial highlights and olaplex. The initial treatment at Arvada 52nd and Wads was great ( color and service). After effects was dry damage. Allison at youngfield did damage control :)))). She did an excellent job. I appreciated that she was GENTLE. I also appreciated that she remembered me and called me by name ( So important). She is the epitome of professional along with her education manager who was on site ( gasp ) they made my experience amazing . You see this is why I started to go to Ulta salon for my hair and facial needs. My youngest is also learning from their facial experts at the moment thank youp
This is my go-to Ulta. This is located in a convenient location as it is right off of the highway and there are a lot of other popular stores in the same parking lot. I love being able to go to Ulta and then walk down to Hobby Lobby and Home Goods. I noticed the other day that they are also building a huge Chick-fil-A in the same lot. When I am here, I almost always find what I am looking for. I have even bought my items online and then picked them up from the store the same day, which I love having the option of doing. I also like the fact that I can shop and not feel pressured by staff. The staff is always friendly and they are easy to find if I have a question. The one thing that bothers me about my location is that last December when I was here it was robbed. The cashier was unphased and told me that it had been happening weekly at that location. If this is something that happens so frequently, why are they not locking up the big-ticket items or, at minimum, hiring security? I feel like I am always looking over my shoulder when I am here, which is unfortunate.
