Best gym I've been to. A little small and missing some amenities that other gyms have but the work ethic in every person that goes here pushes you to work harder. It's hard not to push your limits while working out around other people who take their physical shape so seriously! Also it's the same price or cheaper than lifetime and 24 hour fitness. Great equipment, great people, come work out here

Best. Gym. In. The. State. Of. Colorado. Top 5 in the US. Dylan and Andrea are two amazing people, and the whole staff is nothing but welcoming. Do not let the "pro gym roided" atmosphere keep you from coming here. People come to the Brust to GET IN SHAPE. NOT judge. NOT gossip. NOT be influencers. NOT here to be cool. THEY ARE HERE TO BETTER THEIR BODIES. Seriously, after the Powerhouse Thornton issues I had, crap VASA/Chuze and Fit by Hyland Hills was a joke, just make the commute and support Dylan and the Armbrust family. As a gay, non binary man I have ALWAYS felt welcomed here since I joined.

Armbrust is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. I live in Colorado Springs so it’s a haul to get there, but absolutely worth it! The collection of machines - eclectic, yet absolutely the best design for each function, always result in a highly effective workout (my faves are the Atlantis full ROM lateral raise and the Hammer Strength lying rear delt fly machine, among many others)The environment is absolutely supportive, regardless of level. The posing room and classes are a must for anyone looking to compete - I’ve learned a lot! Kudos to Dylan, Zach and team for creating and managing Armbrust Pro Gym!
