My home got hit hard with hail in June 2023. Having never dealt with a homeowner's insurance claim before, I felt overwhelmed and stressed. Alex with Altitude guided me through the process and pointed out damage to my property that I had no idea was there (even though it was obvious once you saw it). He came to my home when the adjuster came to ensure nothing was missed and he stayed on top of the entire process. Kyle and his group are great to work with. Professional and friendly. Honest and efficient. The construction quality is great too. They work hard and efficiently and got the job done well. We had an insurance claim and he took the time to explain all the documents to us and helped us to deal with the insurance agency, which is no easy process!We'll look to them for help with some interior repairs as well. Overall, Kyle made this process smooth and easy.
