Rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a facial. Five minutes before my appointment I received a text message from the esthetician saying she would not be able to do my service. I responded to her asking if someone else would be able to because I had just pulled up to the location and had already secured a sitter for my son. She never responded to my message. When I went into the spa they told me they would reschedule for the following week, but that was all they were willing to do. They didn't offer a discount or even an apology for the incident. Completely unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Having never cut my hair before, nearly 3 and a half feet long, I wanted a dramatic new look but was scared. However, I brought in picture and Abby the hairstylist was able to give me exactly the look I was hoping for. She is so professional, warm, and fun. New lifetime costumer!
So start off Leandra was 30 minutes late to the appointment after having rescheduled three hours prior. She asked me to follow her into the room that she was going to clean but that never happened. she did not wear a mask during the service either. she didn't have a eye pad so she taped down my eyelashes, pulled out my eyelashes, and glued them together having to literally tweezer my eyelash out of my eye. not to mention the whole time she was literally talking about Jehovah's Witness . Which I'm sure she could see I wasn't comfortable but I wasn't about to say something while she was holding a tweezer to my eye. I tried to contact her to resolve... read full review
