I used them for 3 different services: carpet repair, carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Prices were very reasonable and customer service was great!
I had another company clean my dryer vent and that company wasn't able to find the exit or throughly clean the vent. Steve's technicians found where my vent exits the house and cleaned out 2 bird nests. My dryer works perfectly now. I'm very happy with all of the service I received.

I will admit that I thought duct cleaning was a scam. Boy was I WRONG! I hired Steve's to clean my system and wish that I had done it years ago. I purchased my home after renting it for a few years. I know the prior tenants had dogs too. I just remodeled my home, and my wife was so mad at the amount of dust I created! SO... I called Steve's and they came out right away. Cleaned all the vents and furnace. I could immediately tell that the air we were breathing was healthier. Also, after one week, my house was noticeably cleaner- less dust for sure. I had the carpets in the main floor of our house cleaned, a white chair cleaned, and a wool rug sent in for a deep cleaning. All look great. Will be using again for another batch of rugs and probably a spring carpet cleaning as well.
