Lisa is the absolute best. I do not know anyone else that can do what she does and I have seen many specialists. She is special. She has helped me transform my body. If you are unfamiliar with myofascial release like I was, it is worth looking into.
Dr Lisa is amazing! When I first started seeing her, I was considering buying a wheelchair because getting around was getting harder and more painful. Now, not only am I able to do errands without assistance but I'm able to do gardening and other activities which I had thought were gone forever!
