I recently visited Sacred Space Massages and was impressed by the wide range of services they seem to offer—I noticed this while waiting in their calm, inviting lobby. The masseuse who worked with me was incredibly kind and friendly, and the massage itself was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! She clearly knew what she was doing, and I felt very at ease in her care.
That said, I was disappointed that the full 60-minute massage I paid for wasn’t honored in practice. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm, and I arrived before 2:15pm. I had the best nap I've had in years in the Harmonic Egg. The size of the space isn't claustrophobia-inducing at all, and the chair is so incredibly comfortable! There is a button to push if you need to come out early for any reason. I enjoyed it more than a float pod.
Amanda is a miracle worker! ONE session on my shoulder and I have amazing range of motion now. I've had a shoulder strain for almost four months, doing my exercises for rotator, etc. and could not get the pain to go away. It feels 90% better and will schedule another appointment. Also, didn't know how much Sacred Spaces had grown. Love their membership concept with discounted costs for all kinds of things from massage to individual Pilates instruction to acupuncture and more! Check them out for sure.
