They gave me lidocaine shots in my back and neck. I used to take Ibuprofen several times a day. Since I've been going to see Dr Phillip I am pretty much pain free. I started with adjustments and now I have dry needling done every other week. I don't need to take ibuprofen anymore. It's been about 7 years since I first walked in for my first visit.
