Dave has been great. I originally used him to help set up my new computer and link to my network. Later I needed him to help with the scan function on my printer. It had somehow set itself on a different network and I couldn't scan. All my issues were resolved the first time. He was professional and patient and explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand.
Excellent service in a crisis. And a Great guy
