I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff at orchard were. They also did a follow up call the next day to see how my dog was feeling. Thanks for being so caring.
Words cannot explain my gratitude, I had to take my 9 year old goldendoodle Oakley in for emergency care this summer, the team was so loving and so kind and made sure we were both comfortable, unfortunately I had to rush him to another clinic where I found out he would not make it. After, this wonderful team sent me one of the last pictures I have of my sweet boy with a toy while he was there just being loved on. They also checked on me after all this happened. This was one of the worst days but this team went above and beyond to love on my baby and make sure I was ok. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet!

While the purpose of our visit here was very sad (RIP Green Tea!!) the entirety of our visit here was handled gently and professionally. All of our options were clearly explained, and so was the process. We were given the time we needed and our favorite cat's transition was as peaceful as possible.
