From the very first phone call, I felt seen, heard, and treated with genuine respect. After going to Mexico for dental work in hopes of finding affordable care—and having that experience turn into a complete nightmare—I came in carrying a lot of fear, embarrassment, and exhaustion. Not once did anyone here judge me or make me feel less than for trying to do what I thought was best for myself.
I’ve seen multiple dentists over the years and too often felt like just another name on a chart. This office is the complete opposite. Walking through the door feels like Christmas at Grandma’s—warm, welcoming, and full of people who are truly happy to see you. You’re not treated like a patient here… you’re treated like family.
What means the most to me is that they didn’t have to take me on—but they did. They offered to step in, take over, and finish my implants, and they’ve gone above and beyond in ways I didn’t even know I needed. After everything I’ve been through, their kindness, compassion, and patience have meant more than I can put into words.
I am deeply grateful for this team and the care they’ve given me. If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you with humanity, dignity, and heart—this is it. I’ll never go anywhere else!

The entire team at Monarch Family Dental is outstanding! I have a tremendous amount of respect for them. I had a lot of work done there over the past few years and my case was a complicated one.
