Wasted my time. I booked an appointment a week or more ahead of time. A few days before it was confirmed. I showed up 5-minutes early and Joel Adrian informed me he was still with his previous client and would be with me soon. I waited for 40-minutes before asking how much longer it might be, to which he replied "20 or so more".It is incredibly hard to find time for a hair cut and do, let alone to waste an hour waiting for an APPOINTMENT. I would have appreciated a heads-up via voicemail or text, or some kind of rebooking. This was bad time management and terrible customer service.

Adrian was absolutely one of, if not the best, stylist I have had in a very long time. He was very helpful with my needs in color and did a great job making my hair look rejuvenated! Definitely will be going back to see him!
